Meters are read electronically every month. Each meter consists of a meter and a radio. A Cecilia Water Corporation employee drives the entire water system route. Readings are transmitted via satellite to the vehicle when it is in range.
Meters measure water in gallons. Charges for the amount of water consumed are actual gallons used during the billing period. Please be sure to check your bill every month.
If your bill is considerably higher than the previous month, check for a leak to determine the source for large water usage. If you determine you have a leak or need assistance in determining if there is one, please contact us as soon as possible. Also if your bill is significantly lower than the previous month, please contact us and let us assist you in determining if there is a problem.
