Bill Payment

Cecilia Water Corporation offers a variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  NOTE:  ALL BILLS ARE DUE BY THE 10TH OF THE MONTH.  ON THE 11TH OF EVERY MONTH A 10% PENALTY WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL.  IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THAT AMOUNT, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE BEFORE MAKING YOUR PAYMENT ONLINE.  THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE BILL MUST BE PAID AS WE DO NOT ACCEPT PARTIAL PAYMENT.  

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PART PAYMENTS.  IF YOU OWE FOR TWO MONTHS AND ONLY PAY PART, YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED, HOWEVER THE ACCOUNT WILL STILL BE DELINQUENT AND SUBJECT TO DISCONNECTION AND FEES.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE PAYING YOUR BILL ONLINE AND YOUR WATER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED  - YOU MUST PAY THE $50.00 RECONNECT FEE BEFORE YOUR SERVICE WILL BE RESUMED.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send total amount of payment with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment before the 10th of each month.

In order to ensure the correct account is credited please bring or mail your payment coupon every month.

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. For your convenience we have a drop box in the front door for after hour drop offs.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
