The Cecilia Water Corporation is a nonprofit organization formed under laws of the State of Louisiana on May 19, 1965. The Corporation provides a water system for the Cecilia community and the surrounding area. The Corporation is governed by a board of directors composed of seven members elected by the members of the Corporation. At Cecilia Water Corporation, our goal is to provide safe drinking water to all of our residents.
